To make the family happy, Danny tries to be as careless as possible, but then he slips up and mentions something he heard Joey say during the meeting, forcing Danny to admit that he was in D.J.'s closet at the time of the meeting. The family apologizes for hurting Danny, and Danny acknowledges that he needs to find a balance between clean and messy, instead of exaggerating in both directions - and Michelle does the same.
